The Lower SE Rising Area Plan (aka “TGM Plan”) will assess land use and transportation issues in portions of Brentwood-Darlington, Mt Scott-Arleta, Woodstock and Lents. The purpose of the project is to expand neighborhood commercial opportunities and address the historic lack of transportation options.
Via the bureaus of Planning & Sustainability and Transportation, the City of Portland is seeking interested persons to serve on the Project Advisory Committee (PAC) of the Lower Southeast Rising Area (TGM) Plan.
The PAC will have around 20 members, and will advise project managers for 18 months, beginning in May or June 2021.
Persons of color and/or with disabilities and experience within the Lower SE area (Brentwood-Darlington, Lents, Mt Scott-Arleta, Woodstock) are encouraged to apply. For application details, please contact the Lower SE Advisory Committee staff at the project’s newly created website.
The deadline to apply is March 5, 2021.
